Let Your Voice Be Heard
What kind of home would help you live your best life in your community?
We're listening to self-advocates and families to help expand housing choices in Northeast Wisconsin.
About the Project
What is My Housing Voice?
My Housing Voice is a community project focused on understanding what people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (A/I/DD) want and need in housing.
We want to learn:
-
What kind of homes people prefer
-
What supports help people succeed
-
What makes a community feel safe, welcoming and connected
👉 Your experiences help shape better housing options for the future.
Why Does This Matter?
Right now, many adults with A/I/DD in Northeast Wisconsin have limited housing choices.
People have different needs:
-
Some want to live independently with a little support
-
Others need more regular help
-
Many need affordable options
We can’t build housing that meets your needs without hearing directly from you.
Why Participate?
✔ Help improve housing options in our community
✔ Share what matters most to you or your family
✔ Be part of solutions for today and the future
👉 It’s free to participate, thanks to support from the Basic Needs Giving Partnership.
