The session includes two parts. First, participants learn about different housing models, features, and supports that can help adults with A/I/DD live successfully in the community. Second, participants complete a detailed survey to share their housing preferences.

No. The presentation does not provide a list of housing openings or available placements. It focuses on housing features and models that exist in other communities and could potentially be developed in Northeast Wisconsin.

The educational presentation lasts about 45 minutes. Following that, the survey takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete.

No. Both in-person and virtual sessions will be available.   We encourage you to attend in-person sessions, because there are people there who can answer your questions. Of course, we understand it may work better for you to do this online at a time of your choosing. To complete the survey online, you can watch the presentation and complete the survey here.

Yes!  Most sessions will include a light meal. See RSVP details when you register.
